• Sept. 1: Deadline for chairs to submit the names of faculty planning to apply this year for sabbatical, NTT developmental leave or emeritus status. • Feb. 9: Departmental nominations for University Fellowships due by 5 p.m. to Graduate Education at graduateeducation@slu.edu. Each graduate program can forward one nomination for the Diversity Fellowship and one nomination for the Presidential Fellowship. • Feb. 15: Deadline to submit hard copies and electronic copies of:
  • Chair's evaluation letters (signed) of faculty annual activity reports
